Changes..... good or bad... friend or foe??

Do not be too hard on yourself and remain focused and positive.

Life is not stagnant and is constantly evolving and changing.

So think of your goals like this too.

Perhaps you will set a goal and achieve it sooner than you thought you would or perhaps you may encounter obstacles which will force you into readjusting your goals.

Successful athletes adjust their goals when required and accept it as part of life. Nothing is ever perfect and can be unpredictable.

Adjusting goals does not mean you have failed, it simply means you are adjusting the pathway or timeline and although this may be frustrating sometimes it is a natural part of finding success.

Do no be too hard on yourself and remain focused and positive
