There comes a time when help is needed from a certified professional to cope with many of life’s challenges.
I’m a qualified Forensic Psychologist in the Cheshire area working with pro and non pro athletes of all ages and levels of experience to assist them on their journey to greatness. My clients come from all sporting backgrounds including Triathlon and Football.
I work with athletes in any location through Skype and telephone sessions and in the local vicinity through face to face meetings.
Due to work demands and tough training schedules I understand it is not always possible to make appointments face to face especially when travelling is involved so remote sessions are a great way to give you as an athlete the freedom to work around your already busy schedule.
I also work in partnership with my husband who is an experienced Ironman and a fully qualified Ironman Certified Coach.
With his bespoke training packages you will have access not only to a great coach but to me as a therapist.
We believe this service should be available to everyone and therefore have one set and affordable price yet our level of service remains the same for everyone.

What To Expect At Your Visit
Perhaps you're anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a race or game and you are struggling to juggle the demands of daily life as well as training, perhaps you have hit a mental block and are unsure how to progress forward. Perhaps work gets in the way and you lose focus or family demands cause you to feel guilt about the amount of training you do. I hear so many different stories from my athletes and what personal issues are holding them back. There is no easy fix and often these issues are resolved in a few sessions, some prefer to have someone as a go to before and after races or even during the tough and sometimes lonely training sessions. When you invest so much of yourself during the long training and race / seasons it makes sense to put a little time aside for your mental health and well-being too.
Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. I have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track.
